About the Original Box
By default, the products do not come with the original box, uniformly packaged in foam bags or cardboard boxes.

About the Minifigures
All sets will be shipped with the corresponding minifigures, and the pictures of the minifigures will not be displayed on the website thereafter.

About the Brand / Item No.
1. All brands that can be shipped will be written on the title/details. If you receive an item number that is not listed, it is due to a lack of timely updates. Don't worry, if there are any quality problems, please contact us.

2. LEPIN item number
The model of the title includes the model of LEGO and LEPIN in addition to the model of the compatible set issued. Lepin no longer exists, but its factory has split out of other brands to continue to sell. LEGO and LEPIN item numbers are only for easy product search. We sell compatible sets and do not accept returns and refunds because LEGO or LEPIN models have not been received, see the bottom navigation for more information on Return and Refund Policy.

3. "Custom" Sets.
"Custom" means that these sets are produced by some unknown factory. They may be KING, Jiestar, Decool, or other unknown factories, etc., but for some reason, we have no way of knowing. In order to avoid disputes, we use "Custom" to summarize these unknown brands. Only after we know the exact factory, the brand name and item number of the factory will be shown such as "JIESTAR 00000" or "KING 00000".
As for all "Custom" being of poor quality?
This is not certain. In order to ensure sufficient supply, we will continue to sell different item number sets produced by different factories at the same time. Every set sold on our website can enjoy our after-sales service. If you find out that some sets have serious quality problems, please contact us ASAP, and we will provide corresponding services according to the situation. This is 100% guaranteed.

We haven't completed the evaluation and comparison of the differences between versions, so we can't answer such questions. JIESTAR, LEJI, KING, and LONGTENG are all factories that produce KO sets with stable quality. You can first trust these brand endorsements.
