Order Process

Order Confirm

After placing your order, we will send you an email with your order details including shipping and billing details for confirmation.


Order Processing
Once your order is confirmed, we will pack it up within 5-10 days and wait for the logistics carrier to pick up the package. This time will be extended during peak seasons and holidays, thank you for your understanding.

Shipping
Now Youmko calculates product prices and shipping fees separately and provides worldwide shipping. Select your country in the "SHIPPING" column to show the corresponding shipping method (By Ocean or By Air), corresponding price, and estimated delivery date. If your country/region is not listed, please contact us and we will make it right.

Estimated delivery dates include holidays and exclude delays caused by force majeure. The average delivery time from US / EU/ CA warehouses is 3-7 days including holidays, excluding force majeure factors.


Tracking
When your package is ready to ship, we will send you an email with your package tracking number. Please refer to the above terms for shipping time. Please allow sufficient time for international shipping.
