Cancellation
We accept the cancellation of the order before the product is shipped. If the order is canceled, you will be fully refunded. We can not cancel the order if the product is already shipped.
Returns and Refund (if applicable)
We accept returns on products. You have the right to request the return within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must be in its original packaging and not missing or damaged, and we reserve the right to pursue actions that affect secondary sales.
Returns requested for personal reasons will be shipped at the buyer's expense. In the case of free shipping, the buyer may request to be informed of the shipping costs of the return (which may be estimated based on the seller's shipping into). Please fill in the correct receiving address sent by the seller, the buyer is fully responsible for the failure of the return due to the wrong address written by the buyer.
After receiving your return refund request and the tracking number of the return package, the return package arrives is, we will check the package and will send you an email confirming receipt. Upon completion your refund will be processed and will be answered or refunded within 2-7 business days.
After the seller agrees to the refund, if you do not receive the refund, first check your bank account, and contact your credit card company, it may take approximately 3-7 business days for your refund to be officially issued.
