Q: Some product can ship from US/Europe/CA/ ?
A: Yes .We have overseas "warehouse" in these countries / regions .You can choose where to ship according to your preference.

Q: Is shipping really free?
A: Yes, all Youmko product are shipped free of charge with no minimum purchase. Once full payment is received, your package will be delivered to the carrier for preparation and start of shipping within 2-4 business days.

Q: How do you ship orders?
A: Please read our "Shipping Process" term.

Q: What are the payment options?
A: We support Paypal and credit cards for payment. To protect your interests, your payment will be temporarily held by PayPal, and will not be released to us until you are satisfied with the purchase so we recommend using Paypal because it charges less fees and refunds are faster.

Q: Can the product be shipped with original box?
A: In order to keep our prices low, we sell our products without their original boxes. We guarantee that the packaging will still be intact and protected.

Q: How will you address product quality or missing part issues?
A: If you find some pieces missed or damaged (due to shipping or manufacturing issues), do not worry and please contact us ASAP and after that, we can resend to you immediately for free.

3. A clear description of the missing piece
4. Take photos of the instruction book and mark out the pieces and how many you wanted

After we receive your email we will confirm the above information to you and give feedback to the factory and will resend ASAP.
