·About the Original Box
By default, all orders do not come with the original box. Packaged uniformly in foam bags or cartons. If you have special requirements, please contact us before payment.

·About the Minifigures
All sets will be shipped with the corresponding minifigures, and the pictures of the minifigures will not be displayed on the website thereafter.

·About the Brand / Item No.
1. All brands that can be sent will be written on the title/details. If you receive the item number that is not listed, they are relatively old inventory and have not been updated in time. Don't worry, if there is any quality problem, please contact us. At present, it is not supported to specify a certain model to send out. If there is a strong need, please contact us first to see if it can be done.

2. LEPIN item No.
The model of the title includes the model of LEGO and LEPIN in addition to the model of the compatible set actually issued. In fact, lepin no longer exists, but its factory has split out of other brands to continue to sell. LEGO and LEPIN item numbers are only for easy product search. We sell compatible sets and do not accept return and refund on the grounds that Lego or Lepin models have not been received, see the bottom navigation for more information on returns and refunds.

3. "Custom" Sets.
"Custom" means that these sets are produced by some unknown factory. They may be KING, Jiestar, Decool, or other unknown factories, etc., but for some reason, we have no way of knowing. In order to avoid disputes, we use "Custom" to summarize these unknown brands. Only after we know the exact factory, the brand name and item number of the factory will be shown such as "JIESTAR 00000" or "KING 00000". As for all "Custom" being of poor quality? This is not certain. In order to ensure sufficient supply, we will continue to sell different item number sets produced by different factories at the same time. Every set sold on our website can enjoy our after-sales service. If you find out that some sets have serious quality problems, please contact us ASAP, and we will provide corresponding services according to the situation. This is 100% guaranteed.

·About the Refund Policy
1. If Pre-sale items will have different prices from in-stock items, welcome to contact us who refund the balance price.
2. The rest of the cases are not refundable price differences.

·About the Exchange Rate
Due to the exchange rate being unable in the market every day, it’s so hard that control. Once the refund has a little difference is normal, Pls refer to the payment received locally.

Tracking

Customer Responsibility: We will not be liable if an order is not received because you entered an incorrect address.

We guarantee that the boxes are perfect before they are sent and we will try to pack them as well as possible. But international shipping is complicated and we cannot guarantee that the box will still arrive in perfect condition. We do not accept such refund requests.
