Brief description of the instructions.
There are no particularly rare parts found in the set, but there are useful elements. There is only one printed element, and that is the label plate for the display stand, which is of course unique to the set. The set also comes with a brick separator, a small but useful perk that was not included in either the Venom or Carnage sets.
The core is hollow, surrounding the bricks made mostly of SNOT pieced together. The window elements are used to provide as much good support as possible without adding too much weight.
As mentioned earlier, the display base uses transparent black elements to mimic a head for the mask to cover. According to the introductory text in the manual, this was done so that you could create your own character identity, rather than being stuck with any version of Batman.
The face is a fairly simple patchwork. The nose is attached to a hinged element, and the curved panel on the forehead covers the attachment point nicely. However, I also kind of like the look of the big, wide-eyed eyes before the eyebrow wedge element is put on.
The finished model really looks like Batman's mask, so I can give full marks for that.
