There is nothing special about the box. There is only a real photo of the back of a real car on the back of the box. 3 bags of parts kits, and also includes piecing instructions and a sticker sheet with over 45 patterns, which means an average of one out of every 18 pellets in the kit will need a sticker sheet.
The first stage is the chassis and engine. At the end of the first stage, you will have completed the chassis, two axles and a simulated V8 engine.
By the end of the second assembly phase, the back of the cab was almost complete, including the iconic large rear wing. The actual model is much more beautiful than the official photos, and the panels create the beautiful curves of a supercar.
Despite being somewhat four-square, the McLaren's end result is good. First of all its exterior design and detailing makes it look pretty good. From the side you can see that the car has a low chassis and unlike the Ferrari, the McLaren Senna has no suspension, so the wheels and the gears are almost next to each other before. The overall shape of the car is also great, considering its proportional size.
The headlights of the Senna are transparent element particles, although they are located under the panel, but you can see them in the front view of the vehicle, here is a great job, the designer's design is excellent, the difference between the model and the toy is in these details. The steering can be operated through the gears on the roof, the rear with a simulated V8 engine, and the doors that can be opened, these are the operating features included in this kit.
Overall, the new LEGO Mechanics set 42123 McLaren Senna GTR is the best that LEGO tech vehicles of this size can do. More importantly, the new McLaren Senna is a clear improvement over its 42093 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 sports car counterpart, and these improvements are guiding the series to an even better future.
