The parts package has 15 serial packages plus a gray base plate, with 2899pcs of parts. the assembly time is about 6-7 hours.
Instruction manual.
Build from laying floor tiles, this time most of the floor tiles are 2X2 light board and 1X4 long glossy tiles, put together is not trivial, encountered 1X1 small particles tile flooring, it is really to be crazy.
Most of the first floor of the building belongs to the jazz stage area on the left, a small part on the right belongs to the pizzeria, and the middle is the staircase position, and the triangle under the staircase position is also fully utilized as the jazz club toilet.
The interior of the grill uses 1X1 beveled clear orange parts to represent the flame. Below the grill is also a small 1/4 round brick to represent the firewood.
This small toilet is really very compact, but there is everything that should be there. However, the faucet is bigger than the sink, the roll of paper is sufficient, and the toilet has no lid.
The jazz stage is a wedge shape with mini jazz drums and a saxophone on the stage.
The red dots on the floor are for the club's table and chair limit points. There are three tables with six chairs.
The pizzeria's oven is presented with partial wall tiles, the whole embedded in the right facade. The register next to the oven holds a few condiment jars, a cash register, a finished pizza, a pizza germ, cheese, pepperoni and spices. There are also several condiment jars on top of the wall.
First floor.
The spotlights and 2 side curtains above the jazz stage are installed by means of 2 clamps on the wall rods, which are very easy to remove and install.
The box office is a 45 degree corner building, the top 2 billboards are printed pieces, and there are many clear yellow 1X1 pellets under the roof to form a spotlight effect. There are also 4 snaps on the top to hold the Jazz Club light box.
After the ticket hall was installed into the middle of the 2 windows, the whole first floor was completed. The entrance to the stairs leading to the second floor is the sign of the tailor store. The right side of the ticket hall actually this part should be a window, above a poster, but the final presentation is the poster on the board, perhaps the store to this window to seal.
On the left side of the second floor is the manager's office, and on the right side is the tailor's store. 2 rooms are separated and relatively independent.
The walls are ordinary stacked bricks, the window part of the facade uses more SNOT patchwork, the desk is also placed at an oblique 45 degree angle, and part of the corner is hollowed out to see the jazz stage below.
The windows on the second floor are made of multiple 1X1 transparent tiles and panels of stained glass, which are very beautiful when illuminated by light.
Manager room layout.
The tailor store has a very vintage foot-operated sewing machine (it feels like a Phoenix) and a shelf for the thread.
The tailor store is relatively small, and a dummy is placed next to the thread rack. The fireplace on the right wall of the tailor store is not sure if it is connected to the chimney of the pizza store downstairs, if it is, the smell is not small ah.

The second floor facade and window frames use a lot of SNOT techniques to put together, making the facade very three-dimensional, and the thickness of the window sets are also reflected. The tailor store facade is decorated with Roman columns plus a small balcony, and some green plants are placed on top for decoration.
The third floor, available only on the left side, is a dressing room for the band and performers to rest and put on their makeup. A small sheet music stand is placed next to the yellow sofa. Two 1x2 dark blue beveled tiles were used on either side of the sofa to represent the cushions.
In the middle of the dressing table is a 2X4 silver flat tile, surrounded by a transparent yellow 1X1 circle to indicate the light.
The stained glass windows on the third floor facade are constructed in the same way as the manager's office on the second floor.
Three-tier framework:
The parts on pages 252,253 of the instructions are actually in the 13th serial package that follows, where the steps are incorrectly brought forward.
On the wall is a painting from the gallery of the boutique hotel on the corner of 10297 - The Blues.
The left side of the roof facade uses a lot of SNOT techniques to build the frontal shape, forming a stone sculpture shape. A small squirrel's nest punctuates the corner of the roof. There is also an entrance to the roof accessible via a staircase on the third floor corridor side.
The neon club is represented by 2 sausage parts on the top and bottom of the semicircle, and the words JAZZ CLUB are printed in a traced font to highlight the neon effect.
Roof garden:
Let's see what it looks like when it's all done.
The color scheme of the whole building is relatively harmonious and durable, with no abrupt colors. The second and third floors of the façade use some fancy techniques, and the rest of the building is still a moderate pile. I did not find any outstanding highlights of the whole product, which can only be regarded as a relatively moderate streetscape product, no very stunning things, and no big slots.
