Order Confirm
After placing your order, we will send you an email with your order details including shipping and billing details for confirmation.
Order Processing
Once your order is confirmed, we will pack it up and deliver it to the carrier. It takes about 2-4 days.

We will choose different logistics providers according to the country. Shipping from China, Priority Line takes about 35-55 days; Air Fast Line takes an average of 3-7 days, (including holidays, excluding force majeure factors);
The average transit time from US/Europe/Canada is 3-7 days (including holidays, excluding force majeure factors).
Tracking
After your order ships, we will send you an email with the package tracking number and information on how to check the logistics. Please refer to the previous article for the shipping time, please allow enough time before purchasing.
After-sale service:
Within 6 months, your order has the right to after-sales service. For order disputes:
Customer Responsibility: We will not be liable if an order is not received because you entered an incorrect address.
Youmko Responsibility: If you do not receive your order or find any missing or damaged, we will check and resend it.
